Our services
Invisalign
Invisalign is a made-to-measure orthodontic treatment for adults and teenagers based on transparent dental aligners. This revolutionary treatment not only aligns teeth, but also treats a range of orthodontic problems such as crooked teeth, crowding and spaced teeth..
Aesthetic orthodontics
At Pebs, we've decided to do away with grey brackets in our practice and make way for something more aesthetically pleasing for our patients : ceramics. These transparent brackets are bonded to the outer surface of the teeth and match their colour..
Oral hygienist
We understand the importance of maintaining excellent oral hygiene, particularly during orthodontic treatment. Our team is committed to creating a welcoming and informative treatment environment so that every patient can achieve a radiant smile and optimal oral health.
Logopaedics
Our speech therapist plays a key role in optimising your treatment. She assesses and addresses speech, swallowing and breathing disorders, working closely with the orthodontist to design tailor-made treatment programmes.
Our technologies
Digital
Using digital technology means you can share copies efficiently!
Cutting-edge technology
We believe in using technology as a means of improving our care.
Quality
The use of digital X-rays ensures unequalled quality.
3D scanner
The first hybrid dental imaging system to simultaneously record 3D colour and intra-oral images, facilitating the detection of interproximal caries and enabling comparisons over time.
Augmented reality
Equipped with cutting-edge technology and advanced algorithms, our tool uses In-Face visualisation to project a realistic 3D model of your future smile.
Specialised
X-Ray
Cone beam
From 2D panoramic and radiographic examinations to high-definition volumetric scans with 10 different fields of view and cephalometric images, our imaging systems meet all clinical requirements, including temporomandibular joint examinations and ear, nose and throat applications.
3D
printing
Our integrated laboratory pushes back the boundaries of possibility by offering 3D model printing for the manufacture of more complex aligners and orthodontic systems.
- Three-dimensional imaging using cone-beam computer tomography (TVFC - or ‘Cone Beam Computer Tomography’ CBCT) is obtained using a digital X-ray scanner specially a digital X-ray scanner specially designed for radiological examination of the head and jaws. head and jaws. The scanner rotates 360 degrees around a patient's head in just few seconds. The X-rays are emitted by a low-energy fixed anode tube similar to that used in traditional panoramic machines. This technology reduces the spread of secondary radiation traditionally generated by the X-ray imaging. The conical shape of the 3D beam makes it possible to obtain 2D images or 3D volumes needed for treatment planning.
- Traditional 2-dimensional radiographs are invaluable but the new three-dimensional imaging technologies are unrivalled when it comes to accurately locating a tooth and assessing its environment and are rapidly becoming the standard for locating teeth and oral structures.
- In 2012, we acquired a state-of-the-art X-ray machine capable of producing such images. By taking a single volumetric X-ray using specialised software, we can obtain and extract hundreds of images in all dimensions, generate three-dimensional videos to pinpoint the precise location of a canine or impacted tooth precisely and assess whether the adjacent structures (roots of other teeth and bone) are intact.
Most people who undergo orthodontic treatment understand the value and necessity of taking x-rays before treatment begins. This procedure is part of the ‘standard’ diagnostic and is necessary for case assessment and treatment planning. The X-rays allow us, among other things, to assess :
- the condition of the teeth before treatment begins,
- the presence or absence of teeth (supernumerary or missing teeth) their direction of eruption, the space available for them to fit into the dental arches, the presence and position of impacted teeth, etc. ,
- periodontal condition (supporting tissues of the teeth; bone and gum),
- the presence and position of wisdom teeth to make recommendations on their management,
- the dental and skeletal growth stage for young patients,
- the relation of the jaws to each other (proportions, asymmetries, deviations, etc.), skeletal imbalances,
-
- the presence of pathologies, rash problems and other anomalies and to plan early interventions such as selective extractions.
